The Northeast Qualifier is a 3 day Girls Volleyball National Qualifier, held in Philadelphia. This year we will distribute Open, USA, Liberty, and American bids. All teams must be registered on AES, paid in full and meet the hotel requirements before the deadline to be accepted into the tournament. Please note that divisions may fill prior to the deadline date.
The NEQ is a stay to play tournament. Any team traveling further than 60 miles must secure a minimum number of rooms through EM2 Housing. Rooms must be booked through the housing website for team qualification and rooms booked directly through hotels will not apply.
Registration will open in on 9/1/2026 at 8 am EST.
Club divisions will open at a later date if there is available space.

Refunds are of entry fee only. Additional fees are non refundable.
Division Changes:
Once a team has been accepted into the tournament in a particular division, they are locked into that division. If a team wishes to move out of the accepted division into another division, they will incur a $50 Move Fee. The division change will only be made is space is permitting and once the fee has been received. To change a division, the club director must email Julie Rife at julierife@ecvb.org. The online payment will be adjusted so you can pay online or you can send an echeck to tompingel@ecvb.org.
