NEQ will be held in one great facility, the Pennsylvania Convention Center in historic Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This great space has many hotels within walking distance to the convention center. The city has an extensive public transportation system which will allow attendees to explore the city.
The convention center offers multiple food choices inside the center, and the surrounding area has many quick service and sit down resturants.

Located in the heart of downtown Philadelphia, the Pennsylvania Convention Center is one of the few convention centers that is uniquely woven into the city’s landscape, offering visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in and enjoy the full cultural, culinary, and retails experiences of the city. More than 10,000 hotel rooms and hundreds of restaurants, shops, historical attractions, and cultural institutions are within walking distance of the Center.
The Pennsylvania Convention Center opened its doors in 1993 and underwent a substantial expansion that was completed in 2011. Today, the Center consists of more than 2 million square feet of space, including seven exhibit halls totaling 679,000 square feet of exhibit space-528,000 square feet of which that is contiguous exhibit space.
Portable Chairs:
No portable chairs of any size or kind will be permitted inside the playing sites. Neither the NEQ or the PACC will assume responsibility for chairs or providing a place for them. Please leave them at your hotel or in your car. Ample seating inside the hall around the courts is provided.
Volleyball and carts:
The event will provide warmup balls for all courts. Coaches will not be permitted to bring their carts and volleyballs into the convention center
Coolers:

Septa can get you to the Convention Center from your hotel and back, plus help you see the sights of the city. Jefferson Station, a stop on all regional rail lines, is right below the convention center. The Market Frankford Subway line has a stop there as well, and the Broad St. Line is conveniently located below city Hall at 14th St.
