The Northeast Qualifier uses AES for team registration, hotel management, and roster submittal.

Team Check in will be help in the PA convention center in room 201A, located across the bridge from the Marriott. Check in hours are:
All teams must check in before the start of play.
Player credentials will be given to the coach at team check ion. Players will not be allowed in the PA convention center without their credentials.
Please review the Team Check In requirement and Procedures prior to arriving at the convention center.
