After a few years, we are returning to the Gaylord National Hotel and National Harbor for week 2 of the 2024 Northeast Qualifier. This beautiful hotel and the surrounding town provide a great location and experience for our teams and families. National Harbor truly allows you to park and leave your car during the entire event.
All teams must be registered on AES, paid in full and meet the hotel requirements before the deadline to be accepted into the Northeast Qualifier. Please note that divisions may fill prior to the deadline.

The hotel is situated along the shores of the Potomac, downriver from Washington, D.C., and across the river from Alexandria, Virginia.
With views of Woodrow Wilson Bridge over the Potomac River, National Harbor is a convention center hub with everything from busy outlet mall shopping to a casino and live music at the MGM National Harbor hotel. The waterfront is home to a vibrant carousel and a unique sculpture, plus a ferry terminal and a marina sporting a Ferris wheel. It offers many bars and restaurants.
Coolers:
No coolers of any kind or size will be permitted in any of the playing sites. Neither the NEQ or the Gaylord will assume responsibility for coolers or providing a place for them. Please leave them at your hotel or in your car.
Portable Chairs:
No portable chairs of any size or kind will be permitted inside the playing sites. Neither the NEQ or the Gaylord will assume responsibility for chairs or providing a place for them. Please leave them at your hotel or in your car. Seating inside the hall around the courts is provided.

If you are commuting to the NEQ in National Harbor, the Gaylord National offers a convenient parking garage attached to the building.
