Covid 19 Safety Plan

4/19/22: UPDATE  The Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority will allow athletes to compete in matches without masks for the duration of the Northeast Qualifier, concluding on April 24, 2022. The current City mask mandate remains in place for all other attendees or athletes not actively engaged in a match.  Coaches, players on the bench, and work teams are expected to be masked.

Effective April 18, 2022, the City of Philadelphia requires everyone to wear a mask in indoor public spaces, including healthcare institutions, congregate settings, and on public transportation. At indoor events with full vaccination protocols in place, masks will not be required. Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination for everyone who enters any establishment that sells food and drink for consumption onsite is not required.

More information on the Philadelphia guidelines can be found at:

REMINDER:  These policies are as of April 11, 2022.  As City and Center policies change between now and the dates of the NEQ, we’ll continue to update our requirements as needed and communicate accordingly.

Important Note:

All teams must be registered on AES, paid in full and meet the hotel requirements before the deadline to be accepted into the Northeast Qualifier. Please note that divisions may fill prior to the deadline.
